Cinionic is currently looking to further strengthen its global team with an experienced Talent & People Director, VP with deep knowledge of all people-related matters and who distinguishes through a hands-on day-to-day management.
The successful candidate will be based in Kortrijk (Belgium) and will report to the company’s CEO.
Develop and implement a Talent & People strategy to deliver Cinionic’s global business plan and organizational objectives
Monitor the effectiveness of the Talent & People strategy and translate Talent & People data into effective CEO and management reporting/dashboards.
Control the Talent & People budget and report on current and future staffing costs and initiatives.
Lead special company projects on ad hoc basis.
Be able to deal with historical strong parent supervision versus entrepreneurial new ambitions.
Attract, develop and retain key talent to ensure optimal recruitment and employee progression in line with short and long term capability needs.
Be a sparring partner to the hiring managers to foster a growth organization.
Create a culture of excellence and innovation by implementing tailored personnel training and growth development plans.
Position and grow Cinionic as employer brand and engagement.
Operations & administration
Manage compensation and benefits administration and develop corporate plans (compensation, benefits, health and safety, etc.).
Oversee all Talent & People initiatives, operational systems and tactics.
Maintain a high-quality Talent & People function, including appropriate technology, systems and tools.
Serve as the point of contact for employment relations and trust person within the global organization.
Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards.
Foster a culture of Professionalism, Courage, Boldness and a Can-do attitude through a strong internal communication plan.
skills and qualifications
Holds a degree in Human Resources Management and/or boosts a relevant working experience of at least 10 years in an international environment.
Is highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Combines a developed strategic mindset and operational hands-on approach to get things done efficiently and effectively.
Is acquainted with international labor laws and regulations.
Keeps himself/herself abreast on latest practices in Human Resources to introduce new ways of working.
Has strong interpersonal skills to connect with people at all level of the organization.
Is proficient in English and Dutch (written and oral).
