Project Manager

 

We are currently seeking a Project Manager to acts as the primary interface between all relevant stakeholders, both external and internal. They are responsible for developing longterm relationships with a select portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. They liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

in this US-based role, you:

  • accountable for interfacing with the customer and assuring customer satisfaction
  • serves as project lead overseeing cross functional team members and ensuring
    accountability towards project deliverables
  • assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short
    and long-term goals
  • operate as the key point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
  • develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and  objectives
  • communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and
    external stakeholders
  • forecast and track key account metrics
  • assist with urgent requests or issue escalations as needed. If required, initiate corrective actions
  • oversee the execution of proposals, value propositions and contracts

skills and qualifications

  • B.A. or B.S. in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field
  • 2 – 5 years’ project management experience in a technology providing quality service
  • PMP certification preferred
  • proven working experience in project management
  • demonstrated strong leadership, mentoring skills, coaching and leveraging best
    practices
  • excellent communication, including listening, and organizational skills
  • experience with technology-related products
  • analytical, methodical problem-solving skill
  • solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • ability to work independently and in a team; to be autonomous, use initiative, be accountable
  • motivated, set priorities, focus on targets, aggressively goal-oriented
  • demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
