Human Resources Manager


We are currently looking for a skilled Human Resources Manager to support the Americas. The position requires providing leadership in managing all aspects of Human Resource functions delivering excellently on service and HR commitments. For the role we seek, an especially dynamic individual contributor HR knowledge, passionate about customer satisfaction, and possessing communications and relationship management skills.


This role will be located in Rancho Cordova, CA.




job description

The candidate’s responsibilities include and are not limited to the following:

  • Act as internal specialist and provide administrative, expert and/or operational support for HR, Business Management and employees.
  • First point of contact for Employee Services. Field HR related questions and requests.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment effort for all regular, temporary and intern positions including posting, sourcing, interviewing and evaluating candidates.
  • Manage onboarding process end-end to ensure a welcome and productive assimilation into the Company. Interface with interdependent departments to ensure smooth transition.
  • Ensure data integrity of all human resources systems and maintain compliant personnel files.
  • Process payroll on a bi-weekly basis with the assistance of the Payroll Specialist
  • Maintain annual affirmative action plan and prepare government reports related to EEO and other HR compliance.
  • Provide back-up to HRBP in providing guidance and support to all levels of employees and management and assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the execution of specific work processes in close cooperation with internal clients and HR Management, including assessment of needs; proactive planning and execution of own actions
  • Assist Shared Service Manager in translating strategies into concrete actions/plans and responsible for execution of these actions/plans
  • Take part in reviewing, negotiating and managing vendor relationships with third parties providing services across the organization
  • Provide guidance to more junior staff/new hires, etc.

skills and qualifications

Potential successful candidates must tick (most of) the following boxes:

  • You hold a bachelor or master’s degree
  • 8 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Resources Manager
  • You need to have a powerful sense for building trust and credibility
